Recently, Astra Optics Limited successfully participated in the 3rd China (Anhui) Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Transformation Fair and completed its campus recruitment event at the University of Science and Technology of China.
During this remarkable convergence of technology and talent, we forged meaningful connections with industry professionals and outstanding students alike, laying a solid foundation for the company’s future growth.
Highlights from the Sci-Tech Fair: Nanomanufacturing Leading the Future
From April 26 to 28, Astra Optics was invited to participate in the 3rd China (Anhui) Sci-Tech Innovation Achievement Transformation Fair, held at the Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hefei. As a local high-tech enterprise based in Hefei, we set up a booth in Hall 2’s Eco-Empowerment Exhibition Area / USTC Silicon Valley Section, where we showcased our breakthrough technologies in the field of micro-nano manufacturing to visitors from all sectors.

At this exhibition, Astra Optics’ Femtosecond Light Sheet System – Two-Photon Projection Lithography (FP-TPL) technology attracted significant attention from visitors. Our prototype for nano-scale ultrafast 3D printing stood out with its exceptional 30-nanometer resolution and printing speed 1000 times faster than traditional systems, earning high praise from industry experts. Many attendees showed strong interest in our printed samples, especially regarding their potential applications in medical devices, high-precision optical components, and microelectronic devices.
Campus Recruitment Event a Great Success: Ushering in a New Chapter of Talent Development
On the morning of April 28, Astra Optics successfully held a recruitment seminar at the Faculty Building II (West Campus) of the University of Science and Technology of China. The event attracted a large number of outstanding students who are passionate about the field of nano-manufacturing.

During the seminar, Mr. Fu Xinlei, COO of Astra Optics, gave a comprehensive introduction to the company’s development journey, core technologies, and future vision. He elaborated on Astra Optics’ internationally leading position in the field of nano-manufacturing and shared the team’s experience in publishing multiple research articles in Science magazine. Our technical team also presented their day-to-day work and career development paths, sparking strong interest and engagement among the students.
During the recruitment session, we received numerous resumes from students majoring in optical engineering, materials science, precision manufacturing, and related fields. These applications showcased the professional expertise and innovative spirit of USTC students, providing a strong talent pool for Astra Optics’ next phase of selection. Interviews will be scheduled in the near future, and we look forward to further communication with outstanding candidates to explore future possibilities together.
Looking Ahead: Innovation Never Stops, A New Journey Begins
With the successful conclusion of this exhibition and campus recruitment event, Astra Optics remains committed to its technology-driven philosophy, accelerating the industrialization of ultrafast 3D nano-printing technologies. We look forward to leveraging the talent brought in through this recruitment initiative to continue exploring the vast landscape of micro-nano fabrication and to provide customers with more advanced and reliable technical solutions.
Astra Optics extends heartfelt thanks to all the guests who visited our booth during the exhibition and to every student who participated in the recruitment event. Your interest and support are the driving force behind our progress. We firmly believe that with the joint efforts of all parties, Astra Optics will write an even more brilliant chapter in the field of nanomanufacturing.
